The Tourist and Excursion Board were found in 1936. It provides tourist services to members of the
Union and organizes recreation. Khazar tourist base under the Tourism and Excursions Council, Goygol tourist base in Hajikand, Soyugbulag tourist and excursion complex in Sheki, Guneshli tourist base in Mingachevir, Shahbulag tourist base in Aghdam, Tourist base Shusha, "Baku Tourist Excursion LLC, Repair and Construction Site, Tourist Motor Depot and Lankaran Travel and Excursion Bureau.
