The Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation (AHIK) carries out activities aimed at protecting the health of members and meeting their rest needs through resort and sanatorium services.
These services provide health restoration, treatment and rest for workers and their family members. AHIK sanatoriums and resorts are located in different regions of the country and are equipped with modern medical equipment.
Sanatorium and recreation complex "Darydag" of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions.Confederation.
The sanatorium is located on an area of 2.33 hectares and consists of 5 floors with a burial layer. Each of the 60 rooms with 120 beds will meet modern standards for comfortable guests. The sanatorium has 4 indoor pools with 2 departments, including male and female. The water used here will be drained from the Darydag source by special pipes, the pools will be constantly updated with runoff. On the ground floor there are massage parlors, a shop, men's and women's hairdressers. For the rest of the guests there will also be 2 restaurants and cafe-bars. Various ornamental trees and shrubs will be planted here, green stripes will be planted. A children's amusement park, recreation pavilions, outdoor sports facilities will also be created on the territory.

Hotel "Duzdag" of the Council of Trade Unions of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, member organization of ATUC.
The hotel combines the luxury and comfort of a 5-star space with delicious and healthy cuisine, exciting entertainment, spacious and bright rooms. There are 144 rooms and 7 villas, including 100 standard, 35 small suites, 8 suites, 1 royal circle. The Sanatorium "Shikh" of the Closed Joint-Stock Company "Resort" of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation. The sanatorium has two buildings with 175 beds with all modern conditions, which has a positive effect on the treatment of diseases of the musculoskeletal system. The medical base consists of a clinical diagnostic laboratory, functional diagnostics, physiotherapy exercises, massage and medical rooms of various profiles. The sanatorium, medical history, activities of treatment rooms, accounting and canteen are connected to a centralized intelligent system, which is a pilot project. Services include hydrogen sulfide baths, naphthalene therapy and paraffin therapy.

Recreation complex "Agbulag" of the Council of Trade Unions of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. The center has 38 rooms with 76 seats, 3 restaurants, 2 amusement parks. There is a restaurant Agbulag, a cafe-bar, a restaurant-bar. In addition, there is a mini-football and volleyball court, a children's amusement park, a market and other services.

Cardiology sanatorium "Bilgah" of the Closed Joint-Stock Company "Resort" of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation. Natural factors, sea, dry and temperate climate, where the sanatorium is located, are very favorable for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, where patients are treated with natural therapeutic mineral iodine-bromine water. On the territory there are medical and sleeping buildings, 1-storey and 2-storey cottages, a dining room and a club, a sports ground, a tennis court and other auxiliary buildings. The 406-bed sanatorium has 70 rooms for 1 person and 168 rooms for 2 people.

Neurological sanatorium "Guneshli" of the Closed Joint-Stock Company "Resort" of the Confederation of Trade Unions of Azerbaijan.
The climate is hot and dry in summer and mild in winter is essential in the treatment of diseases of the nervous system. Vacationers have the opportunity to swim in the Caspian Sea for 5-6 months a year. Patients are treated with natural healing mud and mineral iodine-bromine water. There are 2 sleeping buildings, an administrative building, a medical building, a diagnostic center, a club, dance and sports grounds.

Gastrointestinal sanatorium "Absheron" of the Closed Joint-Stock Company "Resort" of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation. Sanatorium services include iodine-bromine baths, naphthalene therapy, paraffin therapy and natural mud treatments. The medical base consists of a clinical diagnostic laboratory, functional diagnostics, physiotherapy exercises, massage and various profiles of medical rooms. There are two sleeping buildings, 1 medical building, a conference room, a club and a dance floor. The sanatorium operates on 2 beds in 192 sleeping buildings.

The Physical Therapy Center "Buzovna" of the Closed Joint-Stock Company "Resort" of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation. The center has 2 four-story sleeping buildings for 90 people. All rooms are equipped with the necessary household equipment. Also, recreation areas have been created here for a comfortable rest of the union members. On the ground floor of the two-story medical building on the territory of the center there is a dining room, on the second floor there are treatment and examination rooms, massage rooms.
