Azerbaijan trade unions actively support the youth policy defined by our state within their powers. More than 38 percent of trade union members are youth (under 29). Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation have perepared at different times "Activity and action plan of trade unions in the field of protection of children and youth rights and satisfaction of spiritual needs in Azerbaijan", "Concept of youth policy", "Implementation of youth policy of Azerbaijan trade unions", "Activity of Azerbaijan trade unions on youth policy" main directions" and other decisions and documents and successfully implemented them.
Azerbaijan trade unions consider youth as the main source of their future development. Therefore, special importance is given to helping young people to solve their socio-economic problems, their activity in trade union structures, their involvement in organized events, actions, and the creation of trade union staff at the expense of young people.
