Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation (ATUC) consists of a total of 28 member organizations, which include sectoral trade unions and inter-sectoral associations of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic in our country. The member organizations of the ATUC are guided by the principles of joint cooperation in the area of development of trade union movement, protection of the rights and interests of employees, social partnership. Members of the Confederation are accepted by the decision of the elected bodies and carry out their activities in accordance with the ATUC Constitution. Within the framework of membership, organizations benefit from legal and moral support, show mutual solidarity and build joint action strategies.
ATUC supports the independence and development of trade unions by regulating the activities of member organizations on the basis of democratic principles. The Confederation creates conditions for trade unions to operate more effectively by strengthening the network of cooperation and mutual support of member organizations.
