The Public Union "For the Healthy Future of Colleagues" was established in 2025 on the basis of the Republican Union "Health among Azer Collective Farms", which was established in 1981. The Union organizes the recreation and treatment of trade union members. It operates the Shafa treatment boarding house in Gakh district, the Shahdag rest house in Khachmaz district, and the Pambigchi sanatorium-prophylactic hospital (not operating) in Barda district.
