Strategy-as a result of the socio-economic policy implemented in our country, high development has been achieved and the well-being of the population has improved. Reforms and infrastructure projects have laid the foundation for the reconstruction and sustainable development of socio-economic life. In accordance with the strategic development concept of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the institutional foundations, infrastructure and human potential of the education system are being developed with the aim of providing comprehensive knowledge and skills. In this sense, the importance of education is very significant. Education is a unique process in terms of ensuring the transition to digital civilization in society, taking a worthy place in the labor market, joining the lifelong learning process, raising a healthy generation, and ensuring green thinking. In order to successfully implement this process, the Azerbaijan Academy of Labor and Social Relations (AALSR) is building its activities in accordance with the challenges of the new era.
Activity - Azerbaijan Academy of Labour and Social Relations has been operating as a private higher education institution since 2006.
The Academy has 2 faculties: “Finance-Economics” and “Social Work”.
The Academy has the following departments: "Economics and Management", "Accounting and Finance", "Mathematics and Information Technologies", "Trade Union Movement and Social Sciences", "Humanitarian Sciences". In addition, there is a Master's Department, a Correspondence Department, and an additional department for education and work with foreign students.
The Academy provides full-time and part-time education in 6 specialties. Education covers both bachelor's and master's levels. At the bachelor's level, specialists are trained in the specialties of "Social Work", "Marketing", "State and Municipal Administration", "Finance", "Accounting", "Economics". At the master's level, specialists are trained in the specialties of "Finance", "Accounting and Audit", "Economics", "Marketing", "Social Work".
Student admission is carried out through the State Examination Center. 400 bachelors and 30 masters are admitted annually. Currently, 1074 students are studying, of which 48 continue their education at the master's level. The number of graduates by 2025 was 2956. The academy has a library and a dormitory for students. Various student clubs and public organizations operate. These organizations are aimed at improving the personal development, teamwork and leadership skills of students.

Vision of the future-to be a higher educational institution that meets the needs of the labor market in accordance with new challenges, is competitive, meets modern requirements.
