Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation carries out the process of issuing tickets in a centralized manner. Thus, citizens apply for travel by phone or directly to the Tourist Information Center “Kurort”.
At the time of application, the information on the identity card of the citizen, information on his social status, place of work, sanatorium where he wants to go, and information about the date are entered into the register database. During the processing of the data, the place of work and membership data are checked by the relevant Republican Trade Unions, and the information about the departure is confirmed by the relevant sanatorium or recreation center. According to the rules for issuing vouchers, citizens are provided with a preferential or 15% fare. Then the procedure for issuing a shipment is carried out. This is a progressive innovation that ensures convenient, transparent, and first-come, first-served departure.
Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation creates favorable conditions for the rest and treatment of union members in the winter months, and discounts are applied to the total cost of travel. Thus, members receive the vouchers by paying only 15% of their discounted value. Families of martyrs, persons with disability status, persons accompanying disabled persons of the 1st group, participants of the war are provided with free travel.
