The training program on "Trade Unions and Labor Legislation: The Key Directions, Problems, and Prospects" has been completed at the Center for Advanced Training and Personnel Development of the Academy of Labor and Social Relations of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation.
The objective of the training held on April 7-11, 2025, is to improve the knowledge and skills of trade union members in the field of labor legislation, principles of management and regulation of labor relations.
The participants were informed in detail about the Labor Code, labor rights, rules for concluding and formalizing labor contracts, as well as the role of trade unions in this area.
The trainings will contribute to improving the professionalism of the participants, enhancing their knowledge and skills, as well as the application of effective approaches in the field of regulating labor relations and the efficient organization of the activities of trade unions.
Upon completion of the training, the participants were awarded certificates.
