The holiday of Novruz, which is one of the pearls of our cultural treasury, giving everyone a good mood from big to small, is celebrated in our country wide at a high level.
The Azerbaijan Trade Unions, in turn, is holding a series of festive events for children on the occasion of the Novruz holiday in all cities and regions of the republic, delighting kids with gifts. The festive events are aimed at effective, meaningful and interesting leisure activities for children, as well as instilling in the younger generation our traditions, national and moral values.
The Azerbaijan Trade Union Confederation (AHIK) ensured the participation of the children of martyrs in the holiday festivities. The interesting performances, cheerful jokes, and dancing with the children by the main characters of Novruz, Kosa, Kechal, and Bahar gizi, caused immense joy for the children. During the festivities AHIK have shared the holiday gifts amongst the kids.
Notably, AHIK also distributed holiday gifts at events organized for children who are educated in orphanages and boarding schools, and for orphans and children deprived of parental care.
