A roundtable dedicated to the World Day for Safety and Health at Work was organized with the participation of specialists from the State Customs Committee and representatives of the Trade Union of Customs Employees — a member organization of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation — at the Astara and Bilasuvar customs offices, as well as the "Shirvan" customs post.
During the events, information was provided about safe working conditions, occupational safety and technical regulations, and the measures taken to prevent potential workplace accidents. Participants' questions were also addressed.
It is worth noting that similar events are planned to be held in other institutions affiliated with the Trade Union of Customs Employees of Azerbaijan.
