Ruslan Nuriyev, a wrestler from the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Sports Organizations Association, a subordinate organization of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation, became the champion in the 75 kg weight category in the competition held at the Ganja Sports Palace.
