An educational event dedicated to March 1 - World Civil Defense day was held at the Central Customs Hospital.
At the event, Deputy Head of the Department of Medical Services of the State Customs Committee Farid Abilov spoke about the measures carried out by the International Civil Defense Organization and informed about the purpose and importance of the celebration of the Civil Defense day.
Chief of the Central Customs Hospital - chief physician Bakhtiyar Musayev emphasized the importance of constantly monitoring, improving the work of Civil Defense and strengthening emergency management mechanisms and noted that every employee plays a role in the organization of Civil Defense.Speaking about the duties of citizens in the field of Civil Defense, Asaf Agayev, deputy chairman of the Trade Union of Customs Workers of the member Organization of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation, noted the importance of compliance with the rules of conduct established during emergency events.
