At the Academy of Labor and Social Relations (AƏSMA) of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation (AHIK), a seminar titled “TİPx: Why Is Career Planning Important?” was organized within the framework of the “Student Development Platform” (TİPx) by the Central Career Branch of the State Employment Agency.
The seminar, held for the students of AƏSMA, covered topics such as the significance and benefits of career planning, the proper determination of career goals, balancing personal and professional objectives, and analyzing the labor market.
During the event, the Advisor to the Chairman of AHIK, Mr. Orkhan Arabov, the Acting Rector of AƏSMA, Mr. Yusif Agayev, and the Deputy Head of the Central Career Branch of the State Employment Agency, Mr. Adil Abdullayev, shared their thoughts on the importance of the TİPx format and emphasized the significance of such events in ensuring that young people remain competitive in the labor market.
Following this, under the moderation of Ms. Zeynab Sabirli, an employee of the Central Career Branch of the State Employment Agency, speeches were delivered by the Head of the Information Technology and Digital Management Department of AHIK, Mr. Azer Sanili, the Deputy Head of the Public Relations and Communication Department of the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, Mr. Sarvar Abdullayev, and the Head of the Career Planning Department of the Central Career Branch of the State Employment Agency, Mr. Ali Qurbanli. They addressed the seminar’s topic and answered students' questions.
