The XIX Conference of the Republican Committee of the trade union of cultural workers( MİHİ RK )of the member Organization of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation (AHIK) was held.
First, the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was played and then the memory of our heroic martyrs who died for the Motherland was commemorated with a minute of silence.
At the event, information was given about the work done by the MIHI RK, reports of the mandate and inspection commissions were heard.
Then, discussions were held on the issues raised on the agenda, opinions and proposals were heard, relevant decisions were made by voting of the conference participants.
Elkiyar Ziyadov was elected chairman of MIHI RK by majority of votes, Adil Atakishiyev was elected deputy chairman.
Elkiyar Ziyadov, the winner of the II “Yukselis” competition, received a bachelor's degree in administrative management from the Academy of Public Administration, a master's degree in marketing management from the University of Glasgow, Great Britain, and a doctorate in world economy from Khazar University. He continued his master's degree in Executive MBA from York University in Great Britain and Strasbourg University in France.
