The Republican Committee of the Trade Union of Water Industry Workers is an independent, public, non-political organization operating in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan, working in the system of “Azersu” OJSC and voluntarily uniting workers of all professions. The Republican Committee of the Trade Union of Water Industry Workers of the Republic of Azerbaijan was registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan on 15.03.2006.

The main goal of the Republican Committee of the Trade Union of Water Industry Workers is to represent and protect the professional, economic and social rights of its members. It carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Trade Unions”, other normative legal acts on the activities of trade unions, and ratified Conventions of the International Labor Organization in the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The Republican Committee of the Trade Union of Water Industry Workers unites 51 organizations and 13,651 members.
