The Azerbaijan Water Industry Workers Trade Union Republican Committee was established on March 15, 2006. It unites workers working in the water industry.
The Committee unites 28 trade union organizations and has 7418 members.
It carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Trade Unions", other normative legal acts on the activities of trade unions, and the Conventions of the International Labor Organization ratified in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
