Trade Unions Federation of Trade, Public catering, Cooperation, Health Centers, Tourism, Sports, Hospitality, Fishing and Other Service Sectors of the Republic of Azerbaijan was established in 2000. It includes employees of trade, public catering, cooperation, health centers, tourism, sports, hospitality, fishing and other service sectors.
The Federation includes 188 first, 49 district and city committees, 2 united trade union organizations and has 22704 members.
The Congress is the supreme governing body of the Federation. The Congress is convened every five years. The time and agenda of the Congress are determined by the Assembly of the Federation. In the inter-Congress period, the decision-making body of the federation is the Assembly, and the executive body is the Executive Committee.
The Federation is a member of the International Trade Union Confederation (UNI), the International Trade Union Confederation of Food and Tobacco Industry, Hotel and Hospitality Workers (IUF), and the International Union of Commercial Workers on a confederal basis.
