The trade union of agricultural workers was established in 2023 on September 29 and was registered by the state on December 13 of the same year. The organization includes employees in public and private enterprises operating in the agrarian sphere.
It operates independently in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the legislation of Azerbaijan and its charter.
It includes 102 first, 56 territorial trade union organizations and has 9,856 members.
