The Baku Steel Company Workers Union was established on October 06, 2004. Since 2010, Baku Steel Company LLC continues its activities under the name "Workers' Union."

The Union has more than 1,800 members working for Baku Steel Company and Baku Oxygen Company JSC.

The supreme body of the trade union is the Conference, convened at least once every five years. During the interfaith period, the governing body of the Trade Union is the Mejlis; the Executive Committee is elected for ongoing work.

In order to regulate labor, socio-economic, household and other relations between the employer and the labor collective, the Collective Agreement concluded for 2010-2012 is used.
