The Union of Trade Unions of Customs Workers of Azerbaijan was created on September 11, 2018 and on September 28, 2018 was registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The Union of Customs Unions of Azerbaijan includes the first 25 trade unions, uniting 4496 members of the trade union.

In addition to protecting the labor, socio-economic rights of union members, the institution contributes to improving the working conditions and material well-being of its members, participates and helps in resolving individual and collective labor disputes in the manner prescribed by law.
