The trade union was created on September 29, 2023.

The Agricultural Workers Union was registered on December 13, 2023.

Organization - an association of trade union organizations created to protect the labor, social, economic rights and legitimate interests of agricultural workers at the place of work, profession, territory, field of activity.

The organization acts independently in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the legislation of Azerbaijan and its Charter.

The Union has member organizations in Baku and 58 regions of the country.
