- Hasan Shakhhuseyn oglu Jafarov was born in 1956.
- In 1980, he graduated from the Moscow Higher Technical School named after N.E.Bauman. He began his career as a chief foreman of the Special Transport Repair Plant of the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services.
- Instructor in the Republican Committee of Workers of Local Industry and Household Utilities since 1982,
- In 1983-1986 he worked as a labor technical inspector in the Council of Trade Unions of Azerbaijan.
- In 1986-1989, he was a technical labor inspector for environmental protection at the Central Council of All-Union Trade Unions.
- 1989-1990 Assistant to the Chairman of AHIC, Director of Affairs,
- Since 1993, worked as the head of the organizational work and information department of the Confederation of Trade Unions of Azerbaijan, chief of staff.
- Since 2006 worked as the ATUC Secretary-Chief of Staff.
- He is a member of the Council of the General Confederation of Trade Unions and the Assembly of the ATUC.
- For special services in the development of trade unions in Azerbaijan, he was awarded the honorary title of “Honored Cultural Worker” and the medal “100th anniversary of the Trade Unions of Azerbaijan.”
- According to the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 21.10.2015, Hasan Shahhuseyn oglu Jafarov was awarded the “Progress” medal for his services to the development of the trade union movement in Azerbaijan.
- He is a member of the Broadcasting Council of the Public Television and Radio Broadcasting Company.
- He was awarded medals of a number of international trade unions. He is married. He has one children.
GALIB ATASH OGLU GHARIBOV

- Galib Atash ogly Garibov was born in 1959. In 1981 he graduated from the Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy named after D. Bunyadzade.
- He began his career in 1976 as a worker of the Absheron regional branch of the Transcaucasian Oil Pipeline Administration.
- Since 1979, he worked as an economist for state revenues in the regional financial department of 26 Baku commissars.
- Since 1983 Galib Atash ogly Garibov has been working in the trade union system of Azerbaijan.
- Since 1993, he headed the financial department of ATUK,
- Since 2006, he has been ATUC Secretary and Head of Finance, and a member of the ATUC Assembly.
- For special merits in the development of trade unions in Azerbaijan, Galib Atash ogly Garibov was awarded the honorary title “Honored Worker of Culture” and the medal “100th Anniversary of Azerbaijan Trade Unions.”
- By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 10/21/2015 Garibov Galib Atash oglu was awarded the medal “Progress”. Married. Has three children.
KAZIM VALI OGLU TEYMURLU

- Kazim Veli oglu Teymurlu was born in 1956.
- In 1984 he graduated from the Nakhchivan State Pedagogical Institute.
- He began his career as a worker in 1980, held various responsible positions,
- In 1990, he was elected chairman of the Nakhchivan Regional Council of Trade Unions.
- In 1992, he was elected First Vice Chairman of ATUC, a position he held until 1995.
- 1995-2006 Advisor to the Chairman of ATUC.
- Kazim Veli oglu Teymurlu has been the secretary of ATUC since 2006. He is a member of the ATUC Assembly.
- For special merits in the development of trade unions in Azerbaijan, was awarded the honorary title of “Honored Worker of Culture” and the medal “100th Anniversary of Trade Unions of Azerbaijan.”

- Aslan Ilham Rafik oglu was born in 1982. In 2005 he graduated from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics, faculty of legal regulation of the economy.
- Began his career in 2005 as the head of a department at the Ministry of Taxes of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
- Since 2008, he has held various positions in the Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
- In 2015 he graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Nakhchivan State University with a second education.
- Since 2016, Aslan Ilham Rafik oglu has been working in the Trade Union System of Azerbaijan.
- Since 2016, he has been the head of the ATUK Audit Department,

- He has been the Secretary of the ATUK – Head of the Audit Department. Married, has two children.
Rashad Nasirov Barat oglu

- He was born on July 24, 1977 in Baku.
- In 1994, he graduated from Baku secondary school No. 39.
- In 1999, he graduated from the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts with a bachelor’s degree in Art Studies, and in 2001, a master’s degree.
- In 2002-2005, he studied at the Faculty of International Law and International Relations of Baku State University.
- He started working in 1997, worked at ANS, “Lider” TV channels and Public Television.
- Since 2010, he has worked as the editor-in-chief and director of the information program studio “News” at “Azerbaijan Television and Radio Broadcasting” CJSC.
- By the order of President Ilham Aliyev dated May 5, 2015, he was appointed the deputy chairman of Azerbaijan Television and Radio Broadcasting CJSC and worked in this position until February 24, 2020.
- Since January 24, 2023, he has been the head of the Press and Public Relations Department of the Confederation of Trade Unions of Azerbaijan.
- He was elected as a member of the Assembly by the decision of the 6th Assembly of AHIK held on September 28, 2023.
- In 2016, for his services in the field of television and radio in the Republic of Azerbaijan, he was awarded the honorary title of “Honored Journalist” by the Decree of the President of the country.
- In 2019, he was awarded the jubilee medal “100th anniversary of the Border Guard of Azerbaijan (1919-2019)” by the State Border Service.
- He is the author of the book “The role of intellectuals from Shusha in the development of the national press of Azerbaijan (1875-1935)”.
- He is married and has two children.
