The competition announced by the United Trade Union Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture together with “Agroservis” Open Joint Stock Company during the grain harvest period has been concluded.
Speaking at the event dedicated to the results of the competition, Fuad Mammadov, the chairman of the United Trade Union Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture, congratulated the winners and said that high professional training, labor discipline and the results achieved during the harvest period were taken into account during the selection. The Trade Union will continue to support such competitions.
The chairman of the committee noted that the protection of workers’ rights, their health, organization of rest, labor protection and other issues will continue to be the focus of the trade union organization and we will try to fulfill our duties in this field. Ilyas Hasanov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Agroservis” OJSC, said that the purpose of the competition is to create incentives for increasing the efficiency of work, social protection of employees, and to reveal and inspire specialists who prove themselves in professional work.
Akif Tavakkuloglu, head of the press and public relations department of the Confederation of Trade Unions of Azerbaijan, pointed out that the organization he represents tries to use all opportunities to create a decent workplace and a safe production environment for every employee. Holding such a competition is a step aimed at further raising the professional level of workers working in the agricultural field and stimulating them.
At the end of the event, the winners of the competition dedicated to the process of grain harvesting were announced. Laman Ramazanova was declared the winner in the nomination “Best specialist”, Usub Javadov “Best mechanist”, Jeyhun Musayev “Best engineer”, Rustam Gasimov “Best department head”. Winners. They were awarded diplomas and cash prizes by the United Trade Union Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture.
