Chairman of Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation, Member of Parliament Sattar Mohbaliyev visited the family of second Karabakh War martyr colonel-lieutenant Sadi Musayev, who lives in Khatai District of Baku.
S.Mohbaliyev talked with members of the martyr’s family and inquired about their concerns. The chairman of ATUC presented them gifts on Victory Day and provided financial assistance.
During the meeting, the Member of Parliament stressed that every soldier and officer of the Azerbaijani Army under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev, who took part in the Second Karabakh War, rendered unparalleled services in achieving our Great Victory, and their heroism will never be forgotten. He said that their path of war will be an example for future generations, the heroes who sacrificed their lives for the Motherland will live in the memory of our people forever.
The martyr’s wife Gulshad Musayeva thanked everyone, including President Ilham Aliyev, for the attention and care shown.
It should be noted that the Lieutenant-Colonel of the Azerbaijani army, Sadi Musayev, was heroically killed during the battles for the freedom of Fuzuli in the Patriotic War and was buried in the alley of martyrs II. According to the relevant orders of President Ilham Aliyev, he was posthumously awarded the order of “flag of Azerbaijan”, medals “for the Motherland”, “for the liberation of Fizuli” and “for the liberation of Khojavand”. Our martyr has a son and a daughter.
