Report-election conferences and meetings were held in Absheron Regional Electric Network, Baku Power Station, Baku Thermal Power Center, Sangachal Power Station, Gobu Power Station, Azerenergicomplexing and Energy Service reduction Limited Liability Companies of the Trade Union of workers of Electric Power Industry of Azerbaijan.
At the events, the dear memory of national leader Heydar Aliyev and our martyrs was commemorated with a minute of silence, reports of trade union committees, as well as inspection commissions were heard.
It was noted that attention and control over the protection of labor rights of employees, labor protection, effective organization of leisure and leisure time was also increased in the past period. Trips were organized for employees and their family members to the picturesque regions of the Republic, and trips were given to sanatoriums for treatment.
Problems in enterprises were also talked about at the events and proposals on ways to solve them were made. The reports were assessed and confirmed as satisfactory by the participants.
At the same time, elections were held at these enterprises, members of committees and audit commissions and chairmen were elected. Deputy Chairman of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation (ATUC), Chairman of the Republican Committee Musa Mirzayev and Chairman of the United Trade Union Committee of “Azerenergy” OJSC Afruz Agayeva attended the events. They wished the new composition success in its future activities and gave a number of instructions and recommendations.
