On March 12, on the initiative of ganja-Dashkasan regional culture department, Samukh District Heydar Aliyev Center and Ganja Branch Nizami Ganjavi center of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, Samukh District Sarkar village children’s Music School, a scientific-artistic conference entitled” I am one of them in the world ” was held in connection with the Memorial Day of Nizami Ganjavi.
“How many poets are there, there are words, there is poetry”
First, the mausoleum of the Great Nizam was visited in Ganja. Then the volunteers of the “Volunteer Theater” operating in the Heydar Aliyev Center in Samukhsky district greeted the guests with postcards with wise words of Nizami Ganjavi in seven beautiful hands from the images embodied in the “Hamsa”Nizami Ganjavi. Then, in the exhibition hall, a photo exhibition was inspected, including unique handmade ceramics made from the poet’s work, as well as targeted monuments of Nizami Ganjavi in Ganja. Before the start of the official part of the event, a minute of silence was observed in memory of our martyrs who gave their lives for the integrity of Azerbaijan.
Then Nurana Hasanova, the director of the Heydar Aliyev Center of Samukh district, opened the event and greeted the participants, drawing attention to the importance of the conference stemming from the words of Nizami Ganjavi. Sanan Hasanov, chairman of the Free Trade Union of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, spoke about the role of scientific schools in our country in the direction of studying the legacy of the genius Nizami Ganjavi, and noted that Nizami studies has become a wide research object in ANAS in recent years, and the special attention of the ANAS management to this area. The role of cooperation with Heydar Aliyev centers in the study of this rich heritage was brought to the attention.
In 2023, books with reports of scientific works published at Anas were presented to the center.
During the 4-year activity of the “volunteer Theatre”established at the Heydar Aliyev Center of Samukh region, a video clip was presented from the scenes dedicated to Nizami Ganjavi’s creativity and presented to the audience. In the artistic part of the event, the stage of the Opera “Without You” performed by Islam Alizadeh, “Sevgili canan” performed by Huseyn Abdullayev, mugham performed by Fuad Ramazanov and ” Leyli and Majnun ” performed by Goygol State Dance Ensemble soloist Aygun Masimova was revived.
A portrait made entirely of fabric (14m ) by Nurana Hasanova, director of the Samukh District Heydar Aliyev Center, was demonstrated at the event. In our country and in the world there is no portrait of Nizami Ganjavi from a piece of this size. The reason the portrait was made at this height lies in embodying the boundless love for it.
At the end of the event, the event ended with an “open microphone”, in which all participants of the event voiced Nizami Ganjavi’s ghazals and any part of the work in the five.
