On March 12-14, Baku Expo Center hosts the Baku Water Week exhibition for the first time, organized by the State Water Resources Agency of Azerbaijan and supported by many private organizations.
The most modern technological equipment is displayed at the International Water Management Exhibition on water management, which is one of the most important and priority areas in the world. The event began with a scientific and technical conference.
The purpose of organizing the Baku Water Week is to attract new technology, equipment and investments to the country for the further development of this field in Azerbaijan, as well as to strengthen the provision of drinking water in the direction of the restoration and reconstruction of Karabakh, and to discuss important issues, new projects and cooperation in this regard.
About 100 companies from 16 countries participate in Baku Water Week. In addition to Azerbaijan, the countries represented by participating companies include Turkey, USA, Great Britain, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Switzerland, Australia, Belarus, Georgia, Israel, Kazakhstan, and Russia.
The chairman of the Federation of Agriculture-Food-Labor Trade Unions and the responsible employees also participated in the work of the exhibition, they got acquainted with the most modern technologies and equipment in this field of the leading countries of the world. There was also an exchange of ideas with the exhibition participants.
