Three years ago, in 2020, the Sons of the Motherland, under the leadership of the Great Commander Mr. Ilham Aliyev, showed great heroism and liberated our lands, which had been under Armenian occupation for many years. This historic victory is not only the return of our lands, but also the triumph of our national dignity and pride.
We can proudly say that our territorial integrity has been fully restored, the sovereignty of our state has been ensured in the entire territory of our country. Today, our three-color, moon-and-star State Flag is proudly flying in Eastern Zangezur and Karabakh, including in Shusha, Hadrut, Khankendi, Khojaly, Agdara, and Khojavend. We endlessly thank the Supreme Commander-in-chief Mr. Ilham Aliyev, who gave our people the joy of a brilliant victory with his great military skill and decisive position, and the soldiers and officers of our mighty army, who destroyed the enemy with their high fighting spirit and perseverance.
We remember our sons and daughters who lost their lives in the country’s success with deep respect, and we wish patience to their parents and families.
