Gifts were sent to 1250 families in Nakhchivan on the occasion of Victory Day

With the special attention and task of President Ilham Aliyev, the implementation of social projects in our country is successfully continued. On all holidays and significant days, gifts and assistance are given to the families of low-income, martyrs, veterans and other vulnerable groups.

With the financial support of the Confederation of Azerbaijan Trade Unions, in the last 5 months of 2023, the Council of Trade Unions of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic donated a total of 6,450 low-income families, including families of martyrs and veterans, in order to support the measures implemented by the head of state in order to solve the social problems of low-income families, martyrs and veterans.

As a continuation of these measures, today – November 3, on the eve of Victory Day, assistance consisting of food parcels was organized for 1250 low-income families living in Nakhchivan, along with other regions.

Chairman of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation (ATUC), MP Sattar Mohbaliyev and authorized representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Fuad Najafli took part in the launching ceremony. It was reported that the holiday gifts brought to the families of low-income people, including martyrs and veterans living in the city of Nakhchivan and the regions of the autonomous republic, consist of various necessary food products.
