At the next meeting of the Executive Committee of the Metropolitan Workers’ Union of “Baku Metro” CJSC, a ceremony was held to reward metropolitans who distinguished themselves in work and social life.
According to the decision approved by the commission of the Confederation of Trade Unions of Azerbaijan, the chairman of the Metropolitan Employees Trade Union Arif Mardanov first appointed two metro workers selected according to the results of 2022 – Elmar Guliyev, the leading engineer of the road service, who was recently appointed as the head of the Production and Technical Department, and the Finance Department, Accounting and Ismayil Babayev, deputy head of the report department, awarded him in the nomination “Youth of the Year”.The head of the institution, who congratulated the metropolitan youth who achieved special achievements in their professional activities, presented them with an award and wished them success in their future careers.
Later, awards were presented to metro citizens who actively participated in the “Baku Marathon 2023” held under the slogan “Beat the wind” on the initiative of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
The head of the institution, who congratulated the metropolitan youth who achieved special achievements in their professional activities, presented them with an award and wished them success in their future careers.
It should be noted that in the marathon Turan Mirzayev (battery worker, 289th place), Dashgin Beydiyev (turner, 291st place), Ali Najafov (train driver, 310th place), Yunus Abdullayev (concrete worker, 466th place), Valeh Mammadov (concrete worker, 516th place), Emil Orujov (wagon maker, 648th place), Elshan Kamalzadeh (tunnel maker, 745th place), Intizam Bayramov (boiler operator, 770th place), Emil Rustamov ( train driver, 992nd place) and Agil Azizov (road fitter, 1315th place) were awarded the medal.
