Organized by the United Trade Union Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture, together with the Ministry and subordinate institutions, an event was held in connection with the 65th anniversary of the establishment of the State Technical Control Inspectorate.
Rafail Guliyev, the head of the Central Office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, who opened the event with his opening speech, said that according to the instructions of the head of the country, the Ministry faces the tasks of increasing productivity in the agricultural sector, strengthening the export potential, and further expanding employment. In this regard, the need for professional personnel with the ability to use modern techniques and technologies is increasing.
Speaking at the event, the Chairman of the United Trade Union Committee of Ministry of Agriculture, Fuad Mammadov, drew attention to the importance of agricultural machinery users to observe safety rules. It was stated that since mechanical vehicles are intensively used in the agricultural sector, special attention should be paid to labor protection institutions in this sector. In order to organize healthy and safe working conditions for workers in farms and production areas, regular monitoring is carried out, workers working in the agricultural field are regularly involved in training.
