In our country, strengthening the social protection of military personnel and families of martyrs, improving their well-being is an important part of the activity of our state. At the same time, the improvement of the material and social condition of the persons included in that category is also in the attention of the civil society. Our citizens, compatriots living in foreign countries, entrepreneurs, public organizations are closely involved in this noble mission.
Voluntary payments to the “YASHAT” Fund, which was established on the basis of the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev in order to support the support of the families of the wounded and martyrs in connection with the protection of the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, continue without stopping. This is a great indicator of national unity and solidarity in our society. The Confederation of Azerbaijan Trade Unions (ATUC) and its member organizations are closely involved in this noble mission. Thus, on the basis of the relevant decisions taken by the Executive Committee of ATUC at different times, 667 thousand 668 manats were transferred to the account of the “YASHAT” Fund. Appreciating this activity of the institution, the management of the Foundation sent a letter of thanks to Sattar Mohbaliyev, chairman of the ATUC, deputy of the Milli Majlis.
