On December 12, the Azerbaijan Trade Union Confederation (ATUC) held an event dedicated to the commemoration day of the great son of our people, the founder of modern Azerbaijan, the National Leader Heydar Aliyev.
The event honored the memory of the Great Leader, and flowers were laid in front of his bust.
The Chairman of the Confederation, Sahib Mammadov, spoke about the unique political activity of the great personality, his unparalleled services to our people and state, and his mission of salvation, and emphasized the pride of being a citizen of the mighty Azerbaijan, which is the masterpiece of our National Leader.
Noting that the political activity of the great leader Heydar Aliyev has always been focused on the improvement of the social well-being of our people and the development of civil society. The chairman of the Confederation drew attention to the concern about trade unions and noted the importance of the law “On trade unions”, adopted at the initiative of our national leader.
It was emphasized that the worthy successor of the political course of the Great Leader Mr. President Ilham Aliyev managed to turn Azerbaijan into a stronger country. As a result of hard work and determination of the victorious Supreme Commander-in-Chief, Azerbaijan gained territorial integrity, our nation was recognized as a courageous nation.
It was noted that under the leadership of First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva, the Heydar Aliyev Foundation successfully implements the policies of the great leader.
