Agrarian business festivals held by the agrarian Innovation Center of the Ministry of Agriculture in the regions continue.
The festival organized in lankaran and Lerik regions was attended by subordinate bodies of the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of economy, heads of executive bodies, representatives of private companies, as well as the leadership of the trade union of agrarian sector workers of the member Organization of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation (ATUC). Speaking at the event, Chairman of the Union Fuad Mammadov noted that as a result of the successful policy pursued by the head of state Mr. Ilham Aliyev, dynamic development in agriculture as well as in all spheres was ensured. He stated that in order to maintain and further develop this pace, it is necessary to organize agricultural activities in accordance with current requirements and current trends.
Farmers from Lankaran, Lerik, Masalli, Astara, Jalilabad, Yardimli regions participated in the festivals where products covering various fields of Agriculture were exhibited.
A credit fair for farmers was organized as part of the event.
