The Trade Union of Agricultural Workers, a member organization of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation (AHIK), organized a zonal seminar on labor protection.
The event held at Khachmaz State Agrarian Development Center was attended by trade union chairmen of member organizations operating in Guba, Gusar, Siyazan and Shabran regions and labor protection experts.
Anar Tagiyev, department head of the Agricultural Workers’ Trade Union, and Ramiz Hajiyev, technical labor inspector, spoke about measures to be taken in case of dangerous situations during trainings organized on the topics of “Fire Protection” and “Dangers in the Workplace.”
Also, during the event, monitoring of labor protection was held at the Scientific-Research Institute of Fruit and Tea Cultivation of the Ministry of Agriculture, located in Guba region, and instructions were given to the responsible persons in this field.
