On September 4, Deputy Chairman of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation (ATUC), Chairman of the Council of Trade Unions of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Gazanfar Abdullayev met with the families of Zulfu Rzayev, a martyr of the Patriotic War, and Mahmud Zeynalov, a martyr of the First Karabakh War.
In the meeting, the memory of both martyrs was mentioned, and the ways of war were discussed. The Chairman of the Council also listened to the appeals of the families of the martyrs and was interested in their concerns.
Zulfali Rzayev, the father of Zulfu Rzayev, a martyr of the Patriotic War, was sent to a sanatorium for treatment. Fatma Zeynalova, the wife of Mahmud Zeynalov, a martyr of the first Karabakh war, was provided financial support in the appropriate amount.
