On September 20, Araz Pashayev, the chairman of the Republican Committee of the Free Trade Union of Education Workers, a member organization of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation, met with the delegation led by Talip Geylan, the chairman of the International Eurasian Union of Education Workers Trade Unions and Turk Egitim-Sen.
Welcoming the guests, Araz Pashayev said that the Republican Committee of the Free Trade Union of Azerbaijan Education Workers cooperates with various international organizations in order to exchange experience in protecting labor, social, economic rights and legal interests of union members. One of these international organizations is the International Union of Eurasian Educational Workers Trade Unions, which unites trade union organizations operating in the field of education in Turkic-speaking countries. At the same time, relations based on the principles of friendship and brotherhood exist between Free Trade Union of Azerbaijan Education Workers Republican Committee and Turk Egitim-Sen.
In his turn, Talip Geylan expressed his gratitude for the sincere meeting and congratulated Araz Pashayev on the occasion of his election as the chairman of the Free Trade Union of Azerbaijan Education Workers Republican Committee.
Then, views were exchanged on the future activities of the International Union of Eurasian Education Workers Trade Unions, the further expansion of the cooperation between the Republican Committee of a Free Trade Union of Azerbaijan Education Workers Türk Egitim-Sen.
