An environmental clean-up action called “Cleanliness is health” was organized on the seashore of Buzovna settlement under the organization of the Health Workers Trade Union Republican Committee, a member organization of the Confederation of Azerbaijan Trade Unions (AHIK).
The staff of the institution, Azerbaijan Medical University, and students of Baku Medical Colleges No. 1 and No. 2 participated in the event held within the framework of the “Year of Solidarity for the Green World”.
During the visit, the members equipped themselves with necessary sanitary equipment and cleaned the coastline from plastic and other waste.
In the action, the participants were informed about the importance of ecological cleanliness, environmental protection and the work done by our state in this direction.
