A report-election conference was held in the Trade Union Committee of the “Neft Daşlari” oil and gas extraction institution (OGEI).
Fatulla Mustafayev, deputy chairman of the Azerbaijan Oil and Gas Industry Workers’ Trade Union Republican Committee, and Asim Bagirov, head of “Oil Stones” OGEI, took part in the conference.
First, the National Anthem was played, and the dear memory of National Leader Heydar Aliyev and our martyrs was commemorated with a minute’s silence.
After that, the discussion of the issues on the agenda began, and relevant decisions were made.
Also, the report of Trade Union Committee was listened to and sufficiently evaluated by the members of the union. At the conference, 21 new committee members were elected and Rashad Aliyev was elected as the new chairman of “Neft Dashlari” OGEI Trade Union Committee by open vote.
Fatulla Mustafayev, the deputy chairman of the Republican Committee, and Asim Bagirov, the head of the OGEI, made a speech and wished success to the new composition and its chairman in their future activities, and voiced a number of recommendations.
