On June 10, the report-election meeting of the Trade Union Organization of the Institute of Architecture and Art of ANAS was held. At the meeting, director of ANAS Institute of Architecture and Art, corresponding member of ANAS, professor A.A. Salamzade; deputy director for scientific affairs, doctor of philosophy in art studies, associate professor X.A. Zeynalov; scientific secretary v.i.e., doctor of philosophy in art studies R.A. Guliyev; Shahla Amirova, deputy head of the ANAS Free Trade Union, and employees of the institute participated.
After Khazar Zeynalov, the deputy director for scientific affairs, presiding over the meeting, announced the agenda of the meeting, the floor was given to Parvana Aliyeva, Ph.D. Parvana Aliyeva gave detailed information about the work done by the organization during the years of her presidency. Then Allaz Ahmadov, secretary of the Inspection Commission, spoke about the work done by the Trade Union Organization. Parvana Aliyeva’s report was considered satisfactory. Later, the chairman of the Trade Union Organization and committee members were re-elected through open voting. Parvana Aligizi Aliyeva was re-elected as the chairman of the Trade Union Organization by the institute staff. In addition, PhD in architecture, associate professor Samira Abdullayeva, vice-chairman; Secretary to Gunel Heydarova; Ph.D. in culturology, associate professor Namig Abbasov; Khumar Bayramova, Doctor of Philosophy in Art Studies, deocentr; Turankhanim Shirzadova, doctor of philosophy in culturology; Jahid Huseynov – committee member; Scientific secretary v.i.e., doctor of philosophy in art studies Ramil Guliyev; Allaz Ahmadov; Aynur Alakbarova was elected a member of the Inspection Commission.
Participating in the meeting, the Deputy Chairperson of the ANAS Free Trade Union, Shahla Amirova, spoke about the reforms carried out in the Trade Union system of the academy, the tasks ahead and the work to be done, and answered the questions.
