Report-election meetings were held in the first trade union committees of the Goygol, Goranboy and Samukh State Agrarian Development Centers, as well as in the Agromechanics Scientific Research Institute and the Republican Artificial Fertilization Center, which are part of the Agrarian Field Workers Trade Union Union.
Reports of trade union committees and inspection commissions were heard at the meetings. In general, the activity of the committees during the reporting period was considered satisfactory. According to the agenda, the proposals of the participants of the meeting regarding the election of the chairmen of the first trade union committees were announced. Proposals were voted by the chairmen of the meeting and the chairmen of the new trade union committee were elected, and the composition of the review board and inspection commissions was approved.
Anar Taghiyev, head of the Department of agrarian sector workers ‘ Trade Union Union, who participated in the mentioned events, made a speech and brought to the attention of newly elected chairmen the duties of trade unions in protecting labour and social rights of members, providing them with treatment and health opportunities, providing financial assistance and bonuses, as well as holding cultural and mass events.
