Report-election meetings were held in the first trade union committees of Salyan, Neftchala, Sabirabad and Saatli State Agrarian Development Centers, which are part of the Agrarian Field Workers Trade Union Union.
Reports of trade union committees and inspection commissions were heard at the meetings. In general, the activity of the first organizations during the reporting period was considered satisfactory.
According to the agenda, the proposals of the meeting participants regarding the election of the first trade union committee chairpersons were voiced. Proposals were voted by the chairmen of the meeting, and the chairmen of the new trade union committee were elected, and the composition of the review board and inspection commissions was approved.
Speaking at the events, the head of the Agrarian Field Workers Trade Union Union, Anar Taghiyev, brought to the attention of the newly elected presidents the duties of the trade unions in protecting the labor and social rights of the members, providing them with treatment and health opportunities, providing financial assistance and awards, as well as holding cultural mass events. Shahriyar Alkhasov, head of the department of the first trade union committee of the Agrarian Services Agency, also participated in the meetings and answered the questions addressed to him.
