“Today, every citizen of our country, as well as our compatriots living in different parts of the world, is very proud. We have the joy of another great victory. Taking control of Baganis Ayrim, Ashagi Askipara, Kheyrimli and Gizilhajili villages of Gazakh region by the State Border Service of Azerbaijan, raising the national flag in these villages is a continuation of our glorious victory, another diplomatic victory of President Ilham Aliyev and a great gift to our people.”

Chairman of the Confederation of Trade Unions of Azerbaijan, MP Sattar Mohbaliyev expressed these thoughts in the media.

According to him, the Azerbaijani people have a great history, are a perfect people, have successfully passed severe tests: “therefore, he deeply understands the essence and responsibility of every step he takes, the decisions he makes. When our people chose Mr. Ilham Aliyev as the head of the country, they were sure that only he could cope with the fateful tasks ahead. Fully independent, sovereign, victorious, leader of the region Azerbaijan. The power and power of our state is not in words, but in reality.  We have seen how many forces in the Patriotic War and after it, as well as in connection with anti-terrorism measures, in general, are trying to impede the fair policy and peace efforts pursued by Azerbaijan in the last 4 years. They resorted to all the ugly options to interfere with the process of normalization of relations. Thanks to the perseverance, firm position and diplomatic skills of the head of state, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, all these attempts were unsuccessful when the four villages were returned to their owners.”

“Our recent victory also proved that we are not compromising our land to anyone. For us, land, homeland is the most sacred concept. Therefore, let everyone open their eyes and get to know the Azerbaijani people and state and its leader well. We are confident that landscaping work will begin in all four villages in the near future and all the consequences of the occupation will be eliminated. In particular, our state will create all conditions for residents to return to their homes and live a pleasant and prosperous life,” the chairman of the ATUC concluded.
