A report-election meeting was held in the Trade Union Committee of the Kurdamir Irrigation Systems Department, which is part of the “Agricultural Work” Trade Union Federation.
The reports of the trade union and the inspection commission were heard at the event. In general, the activity of the committee during the reporting period was assessed as sufficient.
The deputy head of the Kurdamir Irrigation Systems Department, Mammad Mammadov, informed the conference participants about the support given to the workers by the trade union, Firuze Shirinova, the chairman of the Kurdamir Republican Committee of Field Trade Unions, the protection of labor and social rights of the members, the provision of treatment and health opportunities, and the provision of financial assistance to those in need.
The composition of the trade union committee and inspection commission was also formed at the meeting, and Anar Ahmadov was unanimously elected as the chairman of the committee.
