On April 18, a report-election meeting was held at the trade union of the Sheki Regional Scientific Center (RSC) of ANAS.
The event was attended by director of Sheki RSC Yusif Shukurlu, chairman of the Free Trade Union of ANAS Sanan Hasanov and members of the Union.
At the meeting, Chairman of the trade union of Sheki RSC Agil Mustafayev informed about the work done over the past period and presented the report to the participants in slide form.
The report of the chairman of the Audit Commission Namig Abdurahmanov was also heard. Then elections were held and a new composition was formed. By open voting, Agil Mustafayev was approved as chairman of the Union and Namig Abdurahmanov as chairman of the Audit Commission.
Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the Free Trade Union of ANAS Sanan Hasanov spoke about the reforms carried out in the Academy, as well as the trade union system, the tasks ahead and the work to be done. He brought to the attention of the participants the attention of the leadership of the Academy to the activities of the trade union in recent years. He also shared his views on the importance of the work facing the trade union of Sheki RSC.
Sheki RSC director Yusif Shukurlu emphasized the need for the trade union to be more active in strengthening the social protection of employees.
The speakers, Professor Firaddin Ibrahimov and Farhad Azizov noted the effective activity of the Union as an organization protecting the rights of workers at the Center.
It should be noted that director Yusif Shukurlu and chairman Agil Mustafayev were elected as delegates to the Congress of the Free Trade Union of ANAS.
At the end of the event, scientific works related to the investigation of the political heritage of great leader Heydar Aliyev were presented to the library of the center by Associate Professor Sanan Hasanov.
