On March 5, a report-election meeting was held at the trade union of the Scientific Research Institute of Viticulture and winemaking of the Ministry of Agriculture.
Director of the Institute Vugar Salimov spoke about the work done by the scientific institution headed by him last year and its achievements. Chairman of the trade union of agrarian sector workers Fuad Mammadov spoke about the activities of the newly created Union, spoke about the steps taken to protect labor rights, create decent working conditions and outlined the tasks ahead.
Then elections were held, a new composition of the Presidium of the trade union and the Audit Commission was formed. Scientific worker Elshan Jafarguliyev was elected chairman of the trade union of the Institute.
Employees who have reached the Jubilee age were also awarded at the meeting.
