On February 28-29, with the financial support of the Council of Trade Unions of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, 40 Gazi’s rest were organized in Agbulag Recreation Center.
The center also held a meeting with members of the “Nakhchivan Veterans” Public Union.
The memory of the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan was commemorated with a minute of silence.
Deputy Chairman of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation (ATUC), chairman of the Council of Trade Unions of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Gazanfar Abdullayev said that the council always pays attention to the participants and veterans of the Patriotic War. He takes appropriate steps towards solving their problems.
It was noted that over the past period, the council heard the appeals of 32 veterans and provided financial assistance in total more than 5 thousand Manats. One veteran was employed in the United Trade Union Committee of Sharur district.
It was noted that other veterans will also be at Agbulag Recreation Center on March 5-6. In total, 101 veterans are expected to use this opportunity.
The deputy chairman of ATUC said that such projects will be successfully implemented in the future.

Other speakers expressed their satisfaction with the material and moral support provided to the veterans.
