XII Assembly of Free Trade Union of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences was held.
Organizational issues were included in the agenda of the assembly.
According to the decision of the Assembly, the chairman of Free Trade Union of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences Habil Gurbanov was dismissed from his post on his own application.
Sanan Hasanov was elected to the post of chairman of the Union by unanimous decision of the members of the Assembly. At the same time, a petition was filed for Sanan Hasanov’s membership in the Assembly and Executive Committee of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation (ATUC).
It should be noted that ATUC Chief of Staff Hasan Jafarov took part in the event and made a speech.
