On October 23, the foreman of the State Energy Service of the Nakhchivan City Electricity Network of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, whose right to work was violated, Gasimov Rafig Bakhsheli, appealed to the Council of Trade Unions of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic on November 24.
Based on his request, the employees of the council immediately conducted an investigation on the matter by the order of Gazanfar Abdullayev, the vice-chairman of the Azerbaijan Trade Union Confederation, the chairman of the Council of Trade Unions of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. And the right to work of the son of Gasimov Rafig Bakhshali, whose right to work was violated, was restored from November 30.
Thus, Gasimov Rafig was returned to work and during this period he was paid the average monthly salary.
