Today, October 25, is Gubadli City Day. The liberation of the city of Gubadli was a significant turning point in the course of the 44-day war. This operation required special professionalism and dedication. The Azerbaijani Army bravely coped with this task and cleared the city of the enemy on October 25. 15,212 military personnel who participated in military operations and demonstrated personal courage and valor were awarded the medal “For the liberation of Gubadli”. At present, improvement and construction works are being carried out in the city of Gubadli, the foundations of a residential area, an administrative building, a secondary school with 600 students, a 91-bed Central Hospital, as well as the villages of Khanliq, Mahruzlu and Zilanli have been laid. We believe that Gubadli will be one of the most developed regions of our country in the near future.
