As every year, this year, the United Trade Union of the Ministry of Agriculture and “Agroservis” Open Joint Stock Company jointly announced a competition during the grain harvest, which is a strategic product of the country. The competition is the fourth competition organized by the grain harvesting trade union committee, and it is traditionally planned to be held every year.According to the terms of the competition, employees distinguished by high professionalism, interactivity, efficiency, punctuality, initiative, as well as high professional training and high labor discipline are distinguished during the harvest period.
The main goal of the competition is to stimulate employees to increase the efficiency of their labor activity, strengthen their social protection, inspire specialists who are distinguished in their professional activities, reveal the best specialist in grain harvesting and spread and promote his work experience, promote technical innovations, economic and agricultural knowledge, increase the prestige of working professions, reveal intellectual potential.
The competition, which started since the beginning of the harvest this year, was concluded and the awarding ceremony of the winners was held.
The Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Agroservis OJSC Ilyas Hasanov and the Chairman of the United Trade Union Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture Fuad Mammadov took part in the event and gave detailed information about the work performance of the awarded employees and congratulated the nominees.
At the end, diplomas and awards were presented by the organizers to Alem Orujova, the leading specialist of the Agrotechnical Services Department of the Society, Tahmasib Kazimova, to the best mechanic, Famil Alakbarova, the engineer-mechanic, to the best engineer, and Izrat Izratov, the head of the Gusar district division, to the best division head.
